2. Description of Services

ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong provides an AI-powered student support educational assistant designed to support educators, school counselors, student support staff, and parents in various aspects of education. Our services include but are not limited to providing information, suggestions, and resources in areas such as intervention strategies, lesson plans, assessments, IEP goals, classroom management, and more. Please note that ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong is an AI entity and does not provide real-time human support.

3. Account Creation and Use

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree not to:

- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

- Engage in any unlawful, misleading, malicious, or fraudulent activities

- Use our services in a manner that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of our platform

- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of our services

- Create, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights

- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong retains all intellectual property rights to its services, including but not limited to the AI technology, software, designs, graphics, and content. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without prior written permission from ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided and disclaim any liability for errors or omissions.

7. Modification of Terms

ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

ReMynd Student Services Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our services without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
